Pay in 3 Installments Budgeting made easy. We offer a flexible payment option that allows you to split your purchase into 3 monthly installments.

3. Transaction Currency
All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar).

If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will automatically apply the corresponding exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

Please Note: Fison is not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or exchange rate fluctuations applied by your bank.
4. Order Modifications
Can I change my order after payment? We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to modify your order (e.g., change size, color, or address), please contact our Support Center immediately.

Before Shipment: We can edit your order freely before it has been processed for shipping.

After Shipment: Once the status changes to "Shipped," we are unable to intercept or modify the package.
5. Order Confirmation Issues
What if I didn't receive a confirmation email? If you have not received an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please try the following:
