General Questions

What is the status of my order? Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment’s status in real-time.

Can I change or cancel my order? We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order status changes to "Preparing for Shipping," "Shipping," or "Delivered," we are unable to accept any edits or cancellations. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We offer secure payment options to ensure a safe checkout experience. We accept:

  • PayPal: Securely pay using your PayPal account. Through PayPal, we also accept major credit cards including MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

  • Secure Credit Card Payment: We accept direct credit card payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Which currency will I be charged in? All transactions at Fison Online Store are processed in USD. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding currency conversion rate based on the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.


Shipping

Where do you ship? We ship worldwide! Our delivery network includes Asia, North & Central America, Europe, and Oceania.

How long does it take to ship my order? Once you have placed your order, please allow 2 to 7 business days for our team to process and pack it. The actual shipping time depends on the delivery method selected at checkout and your destination.

How can I track my package? As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your unique tracking number and a link to track your package.

What if I'm not home during delivery? If you are unavailable when the carrier arrives, they will generally attempt a redelivery the following day, or they will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. Note: Depending on your local carrier and country, you may be required to collect your package from a local post office if delivery cannot be completed.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns? Yes, we accept returns provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from Fison Online Store.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team.

Can I exchange an item? Yes, exchanges follow the same conditions as returns. To request an exchange, please contact our support team and specify which item you would like to receive in place of your original purchase.

Are returns free? To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a valid Return Address. Please package the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), return shipping is free.

  • Standard Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

How long does it take to process a return? Returns are processed and confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is approved, your reimbursement, exchange, or store credit will be issued within 14 days.
